1. 2440-2444 Yonge Street – under construction. Recently added three floors to either tower. Expect completion in 2026..
2. Canada Square (2180 Yonge Street) – approved by city council, further details in planning in consultation with citezens’ Working Group, with EPRA’s participation. Currently going slowly.
3. Capitol Theatre (2500 Yonge Street) – under construction.
4. 2350 Yonge Street – a very tall, very thin tower proposed by Bazis Corp, now before the Lands Tribunal, with EPRA a party to mediation inside the 500 Duplex Coalition. Next to it is 2346 Yonge Street, the Royal Bank property and the little parking lot, where Diamond Corp has proposed to City Planning a second very tall, thin tower.
5. 500 Duplex Avenue -approved after mediation (500 Duplex Coalition, including EPRA) took part.
6. Henning Tower (50-90 Eglinton Avenue West) – by Madison, resubmitted very much taller: now not 39 and 34 storeys but 58 and 46 storeys. It comes up for community consultation on June 5, 2024.
7. 3rd Madison Tower (35 Henning) – rejected by city council and currently appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal.
8. 36 Eglinton Avenue West – 59 storeys. The demolition is now done, prior to construction, after mediation (EPRA took part).
9. 34 Montgomery – Before the OLT, EPRA to be a party as part of the 500 Duplex Coalition.
